Quiet hotel, brilliant base for 3 nights in Hoi An. Amazing pool, reasonably spacious rooms with 2 single beds. Plenty of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control.

I had a fantastic stay at Fivitel Hoi An Hotel. The moment I walked in, I was welcomed by friendly staff who checked me in with no issues. The room was nice and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located near Cua Dai beach, which was perfect for a morning swim. They offer free shuttle bus or taxi service to the city center, making it easy to explore. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel for a great Hoi An experience.

Everything was very convenient, marvellous location near Cai Bai beach, and more restaurants and bars, nice experience. Overall it was big with 2 single beds. The services were good.

No complaints whatsoever, a really really nice experience, would definitely go back. The room is good sized and brand-new with TV, balcony, as example. Absolutely courteous staff contributes to create quiet atmosphere. The services are very good, including a great pool😃
